Because I guarantee you the workers in apartment complexes aren’t getting paid enough to face angry mobs about to lose their homes. And I seriously doubt the ones who would Be called upon to evict them forcibly are going to be willing to do it when Everyone is in the same boat

The Sherriff or Constable could simply refuse to even process the eviction requests by the landlord. Mortgagees are protected by pmi,etc up to 70 75 LTV so long as it is FHA,Fannie Freddie and I guess Ginnie Mae.
