Do I understand the one above that the script has to be accompanied by a positive test result?? How can you get it prophylactically if so? (Nktnfornme — just curious as to how the docs did it)

I work at a hospital with automatic dispensing machines on each floor. Friday we turned the count on each of these meds. So, just like narcotics, have to enter # left each time the Med is dispensed. Plus, not stocked in ER.
