It’s a good start, but we might need to go beyond loans at some point. Could require straight up subsidies to keep many of these small businesses viable if this drags on

SBA loans take 4-6 weeks to process and a ton of paperwork to generate. I don't think SBA loans will be a salvation for any small business. Small business' will need some form of stop gap funding!

That is insulting - if the government is shutting things down then the government needs to stop all taxes, mortgages, and utility bills like France just did. Shut it all down for a month. Our politicians are so out of touch with what is happening in the real world
