I agree but don't know how he can do that easily. I think cash transfer may allow small businesses to see a good amount of the money - as long as they are allowed to operate that relatively soon that is.

The loss of small businesses will be devestating BUT it represents a helluva an opportunity in a year or so for a young person with some liquididity over the next 6-8 months.
