How much do you think state income taxes are exactly? It’s 5.05% in MA, which means he’s saving about 2.5% by living in Florida because half of his games will be in states other than FL unless they play Miami or Jacksonville. For a savings of “millions” he would have to sign a contract with about $80 million, which isn’t going to happen.
