Great post,as usual.Except for the tilapia,I can’t bring myself to eat it after I read how it is raised in those Asian countries.Viet Nam raises a lot of it- in sewer ditches.Also they raise chickens in cages suspended above ponds with tilapia in the water.
I enjoyed tilapia before I read all this.Remeber the saying:Ignorance is bliss.

I may one day share my tilapia recipe that will have all the naysayers become tilapians.
