Why would he never have played?
He is came in a year ahead of Johnson and Finley. He was a four star like Johnson was. Finley was a 3 star.
Is it just because he's a dual threat qb?

Because Brennan will be the QB this year and next and the guy we will sign in this coming up class will be the starter once Brennan is gone.

For starters, Finley was a 4 Star. Parrish simply is NOT an SEC caliber QB. Again, nothing against him, just not in the same league as Brennan and company.
