Borderlands 3 Steam release - sale through March 20

They did the right thing and have it on sale for the most I've seen it discounted - 50% off. I got the Super Deluxe Edition for $50. Kept reading Steam's policies were that no new release could go higher than 40% off at release, but maybe these games tied to Epic exclusives that come over are an exception.
