I think 1/13/19 still would have happened, in a different way perhaps.

However, despite 1/9/12, I really think that everything would have changed had we hung on and beat Bama in '12 reg. season. Remember we won our final three games after that and had a shot at going to Atlanta and then the NC game, where we probably would have beaten Notre Dame.

Who knows what would have happened after that? Recruiting might have changed, Miles may have hired different coaches, including an offensive guy, and we may have had better QBs sign after Mett left.

So I think the dynamics/space-time continuum would have been different more if we had beaten Bama in 2012 reg. season.

Now to really blow people's minds, imagine if pilot Lewis Benscotter had caught the altitude/loss of oxygen problem in his private plane and saved both himself and......Bo Rein in January, 1980?.....
