Wade has jumped the shark.

It is been said that Wade's recruiting is his strong point. If so, he ought to have players who can hit the shots and not make needless fouls. If he is recruiting good players, the players will make the shots.
He has jumped the shark. He clearly has some recruiting issues and this team is poorly coached. I think they will Bumble into the tournament but won't stay in the tournament very long.

A week ago, I would have agreed with you that Wade had no recruiting issues. But, tonight his fans have been saying that it's not his fault that the players didn't make the shots. If he has all these great recruits, he'd have players who can make the shots.

I think he recruits too many athletes & doesn't necessarily recruit to a system. It should be a little of both. Tho you can win games with just athletes

I'm with ya, Yangster. If he were such a great recruiter, we wouldn't have a roster that lacks a center and a couple of point guards. Of course, the Willy lovers blame the depleted roster on Alleva. Willy is vastly overrated as a basketball coach. I wish he would find employment elsewhere.
