I thought this for a long time too but given how well he's doing with black voters wo the backing of a Harris (or an Abrams?) I don't think he needs it. Plus you know at some point Obama will come out and start rallying for Joe.
Klubachar is a key voice in Minnesota which could be the difference in holding the state. Nobody here wants to hear this but if Biden flips the rust belt (where the margin is already razor thin) he'll win the election.
