If everyone is being honest and technical, we've all had our hemorrhoids since birth.

The tissue is there in everyone so you don't rip out your a-hole when you shite, acts as sort of a shock absorber.

The problem is when too much blood fills them and then doesn't drain, they become "thrombosed hemorrhoids."

Most of the time, with internal hemorrhoids, people don't know they have an issue unless they bleed or prolapse. External ones are the bothersome type, most of the time.

Having said that, I've had issues with them. Had my first "bad case" at 24 after lifting some stuff. Had them lanced and the clots drained.
