It ain’t just a hitting coach! You look around the league and most sec teams have guys on their team that look like grown men. The last few years our starting 9 have about 6-7 that look like they still have peach fuzz on their face. This is what PM wants and it’s not working. That simple

This isn’t true at all. For years PM went after undersized speedy kids but the last few he has gotten away from that.
