No, if jamarcus lands in New England he still has to do his job. He still has to learn, he still has to practice. Yes, the people and location are different. It is still up to jamarcus to do his part to make himself better.

Maybe he didn’t want to do his job because of the people he was working for? Bad managers are adept at killing the drive in their employees.

If you can't acknowledge the difference in competence in the Raiders and Patriots and they effect it will have on players you are a lost cause.
