I think it's important that people separate the two. You're talking about two completely different levels of what the frickery.

The first crime, while weird and gross, doesn't actually produce a victim and is likely done from your own home or personal devices but the other requires you to actually produce a victim and engage on a whole nother level. Not only is it weird and gross but it's ballsy and likely involves kidnapping. That's somebody that's a clear danger to society.
