My buddy David Bernard just said rain should be gone by 3 pm Thursday. Maybe a 20% stray shower after that.

In mobile right now. Supposed to be a parade kicking off in 6 minutes but I see more cops than people. Didn’t Mardi Gras start here?

Big thing is even if it's still raining by parade time Thursday, it shouldn't be too heavy and lightning won't be a concern. Parades should be able to roll with that.
Looking at it today, this is about the best weather week we've had for Mardi Gras in a few years.
