no. But I don't scream it and grumble to my co workers about it. I deal directly with the people who make things happen.
ETA: I also said in my OP when things don't break your way, just work harder. Then they're things are more likely to in the future. Or alternatively as many have pointed out, find a new job if I get to the point where I feel like my services are very undervalued.
