Know someone on your staff. Asked why an eventual 1st round draft pick went to a different SEC school not named AL or LSU.

He said b/c said school paid him X amount. I said you can’t possibly know that. His response? I know what we offered. LOL

Georgia is winning the bidding wars rt now, but their coaching and talent evaluation hold them back. But, enough about that in this thread, back on topic.

Altuve is the last guy on this team that would be involved in this shite. He sits on EVERY pitch. Free swinger.

Chapman threw 6 straight balls before the slider for a strike to make it a 2-1 count. He was up to 28 pitches, which only ONE was a FB for a strike. He was struggling w command, and went slider-slider after 2-0 w a runner on 1st he walked on 4 pitches.

1st slider was middle and broke inner half. The fateful one was outside breaking toward middle, and Altuve got his arms extended. Ballgame. Someone looked up Chapman on 2-1 pitches during the season, he threw over 60% sliders.

The numbers prove that Astros were better as a team on the road in ‘17 and ‘18, including individual stats for the majority of the players. Actually, best 2 year road record in the history of MLB.

If they had a system that had benefitted them in those 2 years, would they have not used it to win ONE fricking game at HOME to win the ‘19 WS?

Legitimate baseball fans w half a brain are not screaming at the sky like a Trump hater. Baseball guys in the media are not howling at the moon.

Only the guys who never played the game are blaming the Russians.

Correa said it like it needed to be said, but I’m waiting on Beltran and McCann to finish this shite off, even though MLB will backlash their asses for it.

Hoping Derosa’s ties to McCann might evolve into some true light being shed on the subject. McCann broke a record for mound visits in NY for a reason, and the Astros won how many games in NY?

And the Astros actually scored some runs there, unlike the Yankees in Houston.
