Don’t treat them any differently and be patient with them as you would your own family. One of my former coworkers who became one of my best friends stuttered, but he took it in stride and used self deprecating humor all the time about it. Many men and women are extremely self conscious about it and have been bullied because of that, so keep that in mind. Costs zero dollars to be kind.

I don’t treat him any differently. He’s an awesome dude with a hot wife, very successful etc. I just don’t know how I should address this small part of our friendship
