I'll explain this...because it is essentially saying you plead the fifth. It comes off as guilty as hell. If they didn't do it, then they would be 100% certain there is no evidence to back the claim up. By not saying it didn't happen, if evidence surfaces to show it did happen they don't come off as liars. Just cheaters again.

Agree with that but no matter how they answered it was always going to look bad.

How many times have we seen guys say 100% they didnt do something and be full of shite.
