I don't disagree that Walk On's food is mediocre....but isn't the one in Lafayette pretty busy? If Lafayette food is so much better, why is it turning a profit?
And The Chimes' food is 100% better. It will make a killing in Lafayette.

Because it’s a sports bar selling local beer, not bad food, with an atmosphere and has a reputation and following. I think ESPN 1420 does events there too.
