The last time (only time) they did the Extinction twist, everyone who never raised the sail to quit was on the jury.
They ended up with two quitters and 13 jury members.

They were in the EoE season. Reem was first voted out and was on the jury. Conceivably could be a 17-person jury.
I am not hating Edge for this season. I think if someone returning from Edge makes the finale they will have a harder time with this jury. A lot of them complained when they got out there and found out Edge was a thing for the season
