Joe Brady did not DESIGN anything. He brought over already designed concepts, and helped install/put tweaks in the system.
The system IS NOT going anywhere.

I'm not even sure if other teams even have a PGC, do all of them have one? if so, we sure as shite can't name them.
The position itself isn't nearly as important as we make it out to be.
Was it last season? Absolutely. Does it have to be going forward? Nope
