Quote is accurate except for the wrong person.
That quote Was George C Wallace.
LBJ's quote was when talking out signing the 1964 civil Rights bill. that He would have those damn Iggers Voting Democrat for 100 years!

I seriously doubt that. African Americans were not voting in Texas or anywhere else in the South when LBJ ran his first race.
