Don't know the answer to that but take a look at this:
2017:Georgia top 3 recruits
1- Justin Fields 5* QB Transferred to Ohio State
2- Cade Mays 5* OT Transferring to Tennessee
3- Brenton Cox 5* OLB Transferring to Florida
2018: 4* S Otis Reese Transferring to Ole Miss
The list goes on
