Lol, no we didnt. 13 linebackers and you also have guys like bowers and key that were listed as dlinemen but really are linebackers in a 3-4.
I mean come on. He had arden key, devin white, duke riley, divinity jr, beckwith. Saying he didnt have talent there is a down right lie. He didnt recruit any of those guys.

The 2107 lb corps featured Donnie Alexander who sucked & Corey Thompson who they moved from safety
Thompson was fine but those guys were starters. Imagine what the depth looked like? (Mostly freshmen)
Recruiting at a place like LSU is not about having good players every 3 years. It’s about having studs in the pipeline when good players move on, and they didn’t have that at those positions.
Consider at WR, Trey Quinn, Diarse & Tyrion Johnson all transfered out and had very solid careers. Jazz Ferguson wasn’t far behind them
