I think I have my view on this whole thing as being a different set of rules because it's a football game. That was always the case from as far back as I can remember. It was extremely clear that cursing in public, or really at all, was only done around LSU/Saints sporting events. I understand what you're saying, but again, the logical endpoint of that perspective is that anything could go just because it's a football game. If you are just saying it's "different rules", then it reverts back to being just a spectrum of allowable behaviors and not an actual principle. Is there anything that could be chanted at the stadium that would cause you to unequivocally say it was wrong?
