I check slickdeals every morning. It finds deals around the web and consolidates them into one place, I've never had an issue.
The link brings you to "CDKEYS. com" I've never bought a game from them but that's typically how it works. They'll give you a code to punch in once you get to your playstation.

It's the Complete Edition of the game so it comes with the Frozen Wilds DLC and all other additional DLC content
