It’s the price you pay now to get big time people that are considered among the best. Why would Bo Pelini take this job for less? Why would LSU pay less? If you are good at what you do and you are approached to replace someone that left for another job, you don’t take it unless the money is the same or more than the other person was making, period.

This overpaying shite is ridiculous
Would y’all rather we hire someone else who the coach doesn’t really feel sure about and pay less? Then we get to buy that guy out and pay a new coordinator too??
You go pay what it takes to get who you want. Period
I have no problem with it bc it’s who Orgeron wanted.
Support the guy and let him hire who he wants. Don’t make him pick leftovers when we have the money to compete
