That was pretty bad. Someone obviously stepped in and said they didn't care about the risk someone was getting their arse up there and ending this horror film.

It just baffles my mind that we live in a city where a dead guy's legs dangling over the tourist section of the city is met with "yeah we can't really do anything about it".
