Make sure that you have a circle of friends/family to help with meals. You are going to be too tired to even make a baloney sammich that first two weeks. If your wife's mom is in the picture, let her play hero during that time.

Man everyone has a different way to do it but I wouldn’t let the kids sleep in bed with you because it will later get very difficult to get them to sleep on their own. But to each his own
Keep to a schedule. Kids thrive on the schedule and knowing what happens and when. If kid is in your bed then this gets complicated .
It will pass quicker than you think. I miss every age my daughter has ever been. And I love the person she has become.
The best sound in the world is little girls having fun and laughing. I have a grand daughter now. And that is whole other level of awesomeness
