A loaded/ chambered Glock is no more difficult to fire than a revolver. No external safety, just pull out of holster, point, and pull the trigger. If she doesn’t practice and isn’t proficient enough to work the slide on a Glock, how is she going to be able to reload a revolver after only blasting 6 rounds in double action? At least with the modern striker fired pistol she would have over 2.5 times more shots before having to reload.

You must watch a lot of TV and play a lot of video games. I can bet the farm that you have not witnessed an inexperienced small statured person pick up a Glock 19 and shoot it; then pick up a S&W 10 and fire it, to witness the comparisons.
