Pretty much agree with this, especially when LSU is winning.
Aranda, who doesn't recruit well, desperatly needs people who can recruit. Baylor expects Aranda to win, and win soon.
I haven't seen many head coaches that win while not being good at recruiting. Also not certain if an intraverted personality type can succeed as a head coach in Div.1 football. We shall see.

Won’t be missed as a coach; he didn’t coach this season and his replacement is a former NFL guy who will continue to do just fine.
Was a good recruiter but “ in O we trust.” Coach O will find a good young recruiter and plug him in.
