We all do a little prepping if possible.

If we have a few extra $s we keep it handy just in case....

Electric grid appears to be something our enemy is looking at.

I grew up in the back woods of Mississippi and us country folks have been “prepping” forever. Every year I grow a large garden and can or freeze enough produce to last me throughout the year. I also plant fall, and winter gardens to supply fresh greens, carrots, beets, onions, etc.
if you were to look in my pantry you would see many jars of canned veggies, fruits, jams, jellies etc. hell at this moment I have over 25 quarts of fig preserves put up. I also keep a bunch of seed on hand and know how to save seed for the next garden.

I guess my point is that even though I think the doomsday prepares are nuts it is never wrong to have a back up plan
