Baloney! I’ll give you a reasonable theory: Jefferson and Orleans Parishes peaked in April before we knew what the frick was going on. All the epidemiologists predicted our peak would come in early May, because that’s when the social distancing would come into effect. But whoops! It flattened on April 2nd. What happened? We opened back up on May 15th, and three months later, after tepid social distancing, we had a peak of...oh, it’s hard to measure such a tiny peak.
