The way this is worded is stupid. There's some connection to an infected person they just haven't traced it yet.

No it’s not stupid wording. It’s significant in that it means it wasn’t someone who has been to China or a quarantined area... so it means there is more of a spread than what we are aware of. Hopefully it’s a small pocket.
