People are stupid - this thread is full of stupid people, me included. If Joe Blow from Sugar Land, TX comes back from China, checks our fine, and goes to work at Fluor, plenty of co-workers would be nervous as hell. If, God forbid, old Joe ends up having the virus after being at work for a week, there is going to be widespread panic across Harris and Fort Bend counties. It doesn't matter if he's sick for 36 hours and back to normal, the hysteria isn't worth it.
There is no harm or drawback from working at home, ergo, it's perfectly reasonable.
