LOL they are only for small government when it suits their needs and wishes.

This is all so stupid. Why would you change this rule mid-year? Why would you have this rule at all?

If his hair blocks other kids who sit behind him from seeing the board, then put the kid in the last row.

Schools have enough problems. Why create new ones?
