Someone has never rehabbed an injury before. You lose a ton of strength and flexibility, and are 10 times more likely to get injured for a decent amount of time afterwards. There is a reason why doctors have a plan to slowly work athletes back into full workload. 5 minutes absolutely matters in this case. Your melt is due to your ignorance, not anyone's wrong doing.
