Desire to actually expose corruption by other politicians.
So you are saying the guy that has recently had to pay millions for his businesses defrauding people, just really hates corruption now.

That is called remedy. Judgment was issued and remedy provided. Should we (or even Trump himself) not expect the same remedy from our politicians if they have used their positions to defraud the taxpayer? Look at your pay-stub and imagine if the Fed Withholding Box was replaced with "M1 turret gasket" or "Hunter Biden's Kickback". Would you desire to have that corruption exposed, regardless of who pulls back the curtain?
