Not sure that it's a winning strategy here for the Dems, citing evidence that it doesn't HAVE to be a crime in order to rise to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors.
Saying that "high crimes and misdemeanor"s don't have to rise to the level of violating the criminal code.
They don't have a crime.
They don't get to remove Trump.
Sorry, but... Dems lose here with this argument.

Woah woah woah... you're telling me that doing a deep dive into constitutional law and history combined with Schiff and Nads droning on and on for 3 days straight is going to lose the average American?
