I don't see it being broken unless a team plays, at minimum, 14 games. Just for argument's sake, Burrow averaged 4 TDs a game over 15 games. That's going to be a tall order even with the modern offenses of today. Even as good as Tua was before he got hurt, he threw 33 TDs in 9 games, which is still fewer than averaging 4 per game. You may see a guy like playing for someone like Mike Leach who throws the ball 80+% of the time flirt with it, but coaches like that more than likely aren't going to see 14 or 15 games in a season to reach 60. Like all records, I'm sure Joe's will eventually be broken but it's going to take a lot of things falling that player's way just like Burrow needed to get to 60.
