I put my incoming 7th grade son in a strength/conditioning program this past summer.
He plays football/basketball for his Jr High, plus it got him out of the house.
They lifted weights, ran a lot, ran bleachers, learned how to eat right etc etc etc .
It was $350.00 for six weeks, 4 days a week for 3 hours.

Perfect, thanks. He has weight training for football over the summer, and they’ll do an 8th grade spring ‘season’...but he needs more.
He got hurt last season, and this one’ll be much tougher.
