Yep crock pot with salsa or same in instant pot is good.

Air fryer is pretty good.

I like to personally do sheet pan fajitas or sheet pan kabobs. I put the veggies on top the chicken when doing the fajitas or pineapple on top of doing the kabobs.

Also jerk chicken, chicken on a stick are good. Sheet pan, drizzled with olive oil with veggies and potatoes is also awesome.

The key is to not overcook and pull when it reaches temp or to put something on that will keep it moist.

Never thought of doing the kabobs. How long do you usually do in the oven? And what temp?

Yeah, it’s crazy good. My go to ballgame nosh is three chicken breasts in a crockpot with one jar of salsa verde, one small can of tomato sauce, and about ten good shakes of Louisiana Hot Sauce or some Valentina. Pull the chicken and shred it after 4 hours on high and eat it with Joseph’s pita like a dirtbag chalupa or make a burrito bowl.
