One afternoon I helped a police horse deliver its foal in front of Bourbon Street Blues Company. Horse was shaking badly so I walked over to see what was going on. Little guy popped out right in my arms. I held it up for the crowd to see. Put it down, it wobbled around some and took off down St Louis Street. Not sure what happened to it.
