You are correct about Aranda. I thought he would be here maybe two years, tops. He was heading to be a mid-major head coach and then maybe a top tier head coach.
As for Brady, LSU was his first real job. He wasn't even a position group coach here. He was the "passing game coordinator." What the hell is that? If he can parlay that into being a full offensive coordinator in the NFL, more power to him.

That's sort of my point here. No one expected that to be a possibility really. I doubt he even did this quickly. It's impressive.

Brady is hot now, but he's making a mistake leaving so early. There are many facets to being a NFL OC. It's not a place for on the job training. He'll find out the hard truth. Just dealing with spoiled millionaires will be a painful adjustment. I wish him luck. We shall see.
