This is the type of stuff I can't stand about Louisiana.

If he was going to arrest him for it then he should have done it on the spot.

He didn't have enough of a problem with it during the moment, then it should go. I realize he isn't the one who issued it, but shouldn't he have a say?

This is a money grab by the city hoping they can just get him to pay to make it go away.

The security guy may have been overzealous with the smoking thing, but he did the right thing by keeping OBJ's bullshite from escalating.

We don't know if it's the Police, DA, or security company that is behind this. I'm doubting that the security guard ran to the police to force them to act.
