At least you're honest.

On a more serious note, I was a white water rafting guide at the north entrance of Yellowstone (Gardiner) for a summer. I have nothing but great memories. Pay is crap, but it worth it if you're looking for adventure and the rapids aren't *too* dangerous. If you fall in love with the area you could easily get a job with one of the tour companies doing snowmobile tours during winter. Id recommend west Yellowstone or North Yellowstone before Jackson. You'll meet tons of super interesting people, along with the annoying asian tourists that flock to the area.

If I had to do it all over again I'd either do that or something international. If you have a college degree, the TEFL program seems pretty cool from the outside looking in. I have several friends that are doing/have done it and all have nothing but positive things to say about it. If money really isnt a big deal to you there is always the peace corps for international work. You'll learn a new language, a new culture, and it look incredible on a resume for international companies.

Also check out workaway. If you're serious its worth the $99 bucks to register, at least that's how much it was when I did it. Stay away from Europe in general if you go the Work Away route, though. They arent fans of tourists working without work visas, which you will never get with workaway, and they are super strict on it.
