His motion will likely be denied. He, like many Defendants in this country, was strong-armed into pleading guilty by threats from our mafia-like "justice" system.

Don't think this is how this will play out. He is claiming that the government breached their end of the plea bargain. Which I assume means they agreed to recommend as light a sentence as possible in exchange for his guilty plea. Well, he gave them the guilty plea and they crawfished on the deal and changed their recommendation from no jail time to 6 months. They acted in bad faith.

He should be allowed to withdraw his plea.
