Does anyone have any home remedies or stretches for tennis elbow?

Get a tennis elbow brace from the store and wear it nonstop for 2 or 3 weeks. It'll get better in that time.

Buy the theraband flex bar. It worked shocking well for me when I had severe pain in the tendon on the outside of my elbow.

A man hits his ball deep into the woods. While trying to find his ball he finds a few abandoned balls and puts them in his pocket.

After the round he is in the club house and a woman keeps starting at his pants. Finally, he points down and says "golf balls".

The woman looks shocked, and says "and I thought tennis elbow was bad."

i actually have a pretty bad case of this right now on my left elbow. ive had golfers elbow on my right elbow in the past, and had to go through 6 weeks of physical therapy, and take a month and a half off from lifting. this time, for the tennis elbow, they gave me six days worth of steroid pills, and told me to lay off the weights for the next week. if that doesnt cure it, they said they will refer me to a orthopedic doctor. i've been using a heat pad and ice pack at night, and im gonna go buy some stretch bands this evening to stretch it real good each day.
